These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "GTU") constitute a legally binding contract governing access to and use of the market data analysis and aggregation services offered by AuroraLink (hereinafter "the Platform"). Any browsing, account creation, or use of the services on https://aurora-link-crypto.com implies the User's full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these GTU.

Article 2: Access, Registration, and Compliance (KYC/AML)

  • 2.1. Legal Capacity:The services are strictly reserved for adults (aged 18 and over) with full legal capacity.
  • 2.2. Anti-money laundering:In the context of European and French directives relating to Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), AuroraLink reserves the right to require an identity verification procedure (Know Your Customer - KYC). The provision of falsified documents will result in immediate account blocking and a report to the competent authorities (Tracfin).
  • 2.3. Security:The User assumes full responsibility for protecting their login credentials and activating multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Article 3: Nature of Services (Execution-Only) and Risks

3.1. No Financial Advice:AuroraLink is exclusively a provider of technological tools and quantitative analyses. We do not provide any investment, legal, or tax advice. The data disseminated never constitutes a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell digital assets.

3.2. Legal Warning on Risks:Cryptocurrency markets are inherently unregulated, extremely volatile, and highly speculative. The risk of partial or total loss of invested capital is proven. Our algorithmic models are based on market histories, which in no way prejudge future performance. The User acts at their sole risk and peril.

Article 4: Prohibited Behaviors

  • A case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

Article 6: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to French Law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within a period of sixty (60) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
